Refund Policy

Our Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to love your furniture, and we stand behind every piece we make. If you’re not happy with your order, we’ll make it right or refund you in full.

Just let us know within 14 days of delivery. We’ll talk through what isn’t right and offer to fix it, whether that means an adjustment, a repair, a refinish, or a replacement. If we can’t make it right, or you would rather not keep the piece, we’ll refund you in full.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours of delivery, at christian@oakash.com with photos of the damage and your order number. We’ll repair it, replace it, or refund you in full, and we cover all shipping and delivery costs.

How to Start a Return

Email christian@oakash.com or call (931) 797-3969 with your order number and a few words about what isn’t right.

Because every piece is large and made to order, we’ll arrange the return with you directly, and we cover the cost of picking it up or shipping it back. We ask that returned pieces come back in the condition they were delivered in, apart from normal handling.

Refunds

Once we’ve received the returned piece, we’ll confirm your refund. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a little longer to post it.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, please contact us at christian@oakash.com.

Natural Variations

Because we work with real wood, natural variations in grain, color, knots, and character are part of what makes each piece unique and are not considered defects. If the character of your piece isn’t what you expected, our Satisfaction Guarantee still applies.
